Return Period
You have 30 days from the date of delivery to return an item for a refund or exchange.
Eligibility
To be eligible for a return, items must be:
- Unused and in the same condition that you received them
- In the original packaging
- Accompanied by proof of purchase
How to Return
To initiate a return, please contact us with your order number and reason for return. We'll provide you with return instructions and a return shipping label if applicable.
Refunds
Once we receive your return, we will inspect the item and process your refund. Refunds will be issued to your original payment method within 5-10 business days.
Exchanges
If you need to exchange an item for a different size or color, please contact us to arrange the exchange.
Non-Returnable Items
Certain items cannot be returned, including:
- Gift cards
- Downloadable products
- Personal care items

UK orders are shipped from the UK or from Japan with import fees covered.
Non-UK orders are shipped directly from Japan and do not include any import fees/tarrifs.
